ATTN: Artists and Creatives!
Each month, the Art Therapy Institute hosts 2nd Friday ArtWalk artists! Throughout the year, we showcase our clinical programs, individual clients and community based artists. If you are interested in showing your work, APPLY to be an artist!
Please include a brief artist statement/bio, description of your work, 2-3 images representative of the work you will show, which month(s) you are interested/available in participating, and contact information. The ATI Artwalk Committee will review applicants and notify artists within 4 weeks of submission with a decision of acceptance.

Artists from marginalized backgrounds are especially encouraged. We welcome submissions from any and all artists.

Our 2019 National Night out is just a month away! Come join us for food, games, and other fun activities! You can dunk an officer in the dunking booth, bounce in the bounce house, participate in the water balloon toss, the donut eating contest, and much more!! We will also be packing a patrol car with non perishable items to donate to those in need! Please join us, and the entire community, for this fun filled evening!

Join Carrboro Recreation and Parks Department and Oasis for POETS OPEN MIC NIGHT. This is a night where poets can engage with others and share the power and diversity of poetry. This event is staged to provide the venue for people to celebrate, to share, and to encourage the writing, reading, and listening of poetry.
